Accepting the SMS Terms Of Service

In order to use the SMS Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

You can accept the Terms by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that The Automotive Broadcasting Network will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with The Automotive Broadcasting Network, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.

You confirm that you hold the account corresponding to the mobile phone number entered, or that the account holder’s permission to use this service has been obtained. By entering your phone number, you acknowledge that you agree to terms of service and are subscribed until you send STOP to the Automotive Broadcasting Network subscription service. The Automotive Broadcasting Network works with these carriers: Alltell, AT&T, Boost, Centennial Cellular, Cincinnati Bell, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Unicel, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile USA, and Verizon Wireless but is not compatible with all handsets.
